By far one of the better books ever written about this profession of Sales, Brian Tracy covers all the Fundamentals of Selling. Master the Basics, focus on Fundamentals to Succeed. whoever is in sales or considering get into the sales field, should read, grasp, internalize and dominate att the topics in this book.

Selling 101

I've written a full review elsewhere, but suffice it to say that this is simplistic and obvious with a few exceptions. It's not going to add much to a good salesperson's repetoire. I suppose it would be good for a rookie, but a rookie would do better learning in person from observing.
